This page describes what Riverwalk Law Group's website collects and what we do with it.
If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message. We use them to reply and to decide whether we can help. We don't sell them or use them for advertising.
Please keep confidential details out of the form. Until you've signed an engagement letter with us, we aren't your lawyers, and an email or a form is not a secure channel.
The site may record simple visit data, like which pages are viewed and the type of device, so the firm can see what is useful. This doesn't identify you by name.
We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to meet our own legal and ethical duties. If you'd like to see, correct or delete what you've sent, write to the office at hello@riverwalklawgroup.com.
We may update this page. The version here is the one in force.
